We got home late one evening to find out our boiler had gone out. Tom was able to come out first thing the next morning and troubleshoot the issue. He was very prompt, professional and reasonably priced. He also was very informative and showed me a few tricks I could use to diagnosis future issues. Very glad we called MSC and would 100% recommend.

FOLKS. Let me tell you about MI Service.cool. Thomas has been working with me for the last 3 years doing his best to limp along my 20+ year old geothermal furnace that was installed originally by Great Lakes Energy in 1999. He really did not have to do that as it was not a stretch for me to be prepared to fork over the big bucks 3 years prior to when I actually had to! It did not take me long to realize that Thomas and his team are definitely looking out for the customer. Not to mention, his bedside manner is EXCELLENT.
